It's Great

The picture is fantastic. I'm 73 years old and was intimidated with all the on screen options, but we've been using it for 2 weeks now and I'm learning my way around all the features. Need to experiment with more of the settings, found I really like the sound options. My hearing is poor and the voice improvement option really helps.

Audio out of sync

We bought this 55” LG TV in September and have problems with the sync of audio and picture. We have contacted LG many times and have followed all their suggestions to resolve this. Nothing worked. They finally sent a repair person who replaced the master board but the voice is still out of sync. Will never buy an LG TV again

    Great picture!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how it’s a razor, thin flat screen, excellent picture, and a great price!

    Amazing picture and experience

I absolutely love this television. The size, color and sound make for a fun experience with the family. I look forward to the many experiences that we will make with this tv. The smart apps also make it easy to watch any streaming shows you would like. A must buy!

Excellent TV for the movie/gamer enthusiast

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This particular model offers the perfect blend of value while also providing excellent features that are exclusive to an Oled model. It offers solid brightness to complement the perfect blacks. Has an array of settings to ensure you have an optimal viewing experience. As far as the gamer features, any game can reach up to 60 frames, with other features to help with jitter and input lag. All in all a great package and I couldn’t be happier with it.

    Fantastic OLED TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really impressed with this TV. Amazing contrast. Watching sporting events are taken to a new level. Movies are stunning. Cartoons are mesmerizing. The brightness and clarity are unmatched. Gaming is unreal. The same video games I played on my old LED tv are made new again. Right out of the box the tv is amazing but I would definitely recommend you tweak the settings to your liking. It may take a little bit to get it dialed in but it is worth it. The OS is not as bad as some other reviewers say. If it is a problem for you then rectify it with a streaming stick/dongle.

    Beautiful picture and sound quality!

We’ve had our TV for about a month and are very pleased with the picture and sound quality. The remote and menu options are very easy to use. This is the second LG OLED TV we have purchased, the first is being used in our summer home that we rent out in the winter. We were so happy with the first that we bought one for this home. We would purchase again if needed.

Great upgrade from a 10 year old DLP

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV offers an excellent picture. It is an enormous upgrade from our 10 year old DLP TV. We are extremely happy with the picture. I can't offer any comments on the built in apps. We use a Roku box, DirecTV box, and a DVD player for all viewing.

    Don’t make the same mistake

This is hands down one of the most disappointing major purchases I’ve made. This TV is a headache. The TV randomly loses signal and goes full volume with a loud dit…dit…dit noise and you can’t stop it. It’ll shut off after about 15-20 seconds and then have to reboot. Randomly it’ll just switch inputs or just quit responding to inputs until you reset everything. Spent way too much on this for these issues. Picture is great when it works! Pass on this one.

Terrific Picture and Easy to Navigate

I bought this TV based on recommendations from friends who are much more knowledgeable than I am about TVs. The last time I bought a TV was over 20 years ago and it was one of the first "smart" TVs. It served me well, but it was time for a new one. Of course, all the technology and terminology had drastically changed in the past two decades, but the OLED model was just what I was looking for. Plus, I love LG products (I currently use a LG computer). I love the quality of the picture and the sound. It is easy to navigate between cable and streaming services and the remote makes it very simple to give commands.

New tv just released in 2022 OLED55C2AUA

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I researched several brands of TVs and found this new OLED55C2AUA which did not have any reviews yet. I was impressed with what I read on the OLED55C2AUA write up so I ordered it online July 1, 2022. Was easy to unpack following directions plus was able to hook up and install everything. My husband help me carefully lift and insert the tv in place. The 55 in is the largest we can put in the cabinet space. We love it! The colors, lightness & dark contrast is so vibrant and so perfect for everything especially movies and sports. Did I say we love it.

    Excellent TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this TV about 3 weeks ago and I have been absolutely thrilled with it. I had always heard that LG's OLED's were the best in the business but I did not know how great it could get. If you want best-in-class picture, look no further

    Never Again LG Oled

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My apologies for the misunderstanding. Here's a revised message: I've encountered quite a frustrating situation with LG and Asurion. This marks the second time within a year that my second LG OLED TV has developed a burned screen, even with LG Premium care extended warranty in place. Unfortunately, Asurion has been reluctant to repair or replace it. Disappointed and unlikely to choose LG OLED again. #CustomerFeedback #LG #Asurion

Nice TV, but Dolby Vision is broken. Bad updates.

I bought this TV a month ago, and it's performed great, except for the Dolby Vision issue. Whenever I start a game on the Xbox that has Dolby Vision, then exit the game to the home menu (SDR), then start another game with Dolby Vision, the TV corrupts the picture by making it very washed out and tinted red and green. I have verified that this is a TV issue and not an Xbox issue since the Xbox is outputting picture properly to another TV when the issue occurs. The only way I could get the TV working again was a power cycle. However, the latest TV update now broke the power off sequence and the TV is always going into standby mode instead of powering off completely, thus not resetting the Dolby Vision issue. I now have to unplug the TV. LG re...

    Great TV, Useful Features

I purchased this TV after looking for a long time to get the C1 and not finding it. This is a second generation version that has many of the same features of the very popular C1 version and I do not regret the purchase at all, will probably be buying a 65 or 75 in version for the main room.

Exceptional picture and very feature rich!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We did extensive research prior to choosing the OLED77B2PUA. The most important factor was the incredible picture quality, visibly superior to many comparable models we considered. On top of that, we love the features and the flexibility of setup to completely meet our expectations for video, audio and content. We are early in but so far, we love the entire experience!

    LG OLED TV

LG OLEDD TV has the most vibrant colors I have ever seen. I absolutely love the remote control based on how it works just like a computer mouse. The TV is so light and thin and therefore hangs nicely on the wall. This is a beautiful TV and would buy it again in a heartbeat.

    AMAZING QUALITY!

My teens and I absolutely love this TV. It's like being in a movie theatre. The video and sound quality is incredible. I have not even hooked my speakers up yet, and may not need to. And the customer service was super excellent. He stayed on with me until all my questions were answered and I was fully set up. Made the process easy and painless.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this LG 77" OLED TV a week before Christmas for my wife. The clear, sharp picture and extremely thin glass screen caught my eye at my local BJ's Club store. For a 77" TV the box was light enough that I was able to drag it up from my basement on Christmas Eve. Unboxing the unit was extremely easy and set up was a breeze with only entering my zip code and picking my cable provider. It also connected to my home wireless WIFI effortlessly. I am extremely happy with this TV's clarity as well as the sound from the built-in speakers. The OLED is more expensive then QLED or any backlit LED TV but as the saying goes "you get what you pay for".

    Great HD TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I brought this TV to replace my 65" HD TV which I brought in 2013. For special effect movies, this TV has a beautiful screen. The technologies that come with it are excellent. Everything can be done with just one remote plus whole lots of wireless connections. I think it is well worth the technologies that come with it. I can do much more electronic connections with this TV. I am well pleased with it.

    Best TV I’ve ever owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a week with this TV, I'm thoroughly impressed. The 77-inch screen delivers stunningly clear and vivid visuals. Opting for the B2 over the C2 initially made me apprehensive about potential disappointments or issues with brightness in my living room. Surprisingly, the display holds up exceptionally well even in daylight. The only hiccup encountered was a screen flicker one night, a common occurrence easily resolved with a hard reset, as per my Google search. Ongoing tests aside, the TV is certainly meeting and even exceeding my expectations.
