[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We used these for my father-in-law after a minor procedure as we knew he would have some leaking and incontinence challenges. Overall the underwear performed well with no leaks and absorbe the liqued long enough to change before it bled through. His only issue was it looked a bit bulky and "people could tell" he was wearing it and it rustled against his pants when he walked. We didn't notice that nearly as much as he did, but the wearer perspective matters.

Seems like that the other brands we have tried not only fit better but didn't leak as much as these briefs. I would not get these briefs again.

After trying these mens protection underwear from Member Mark, I am happy to say that when the accident happened, there was no leakage. Plus I felt dry too. My only criticizism is the bulkiness of the pad making my backend bulge out a bit. I feel like people are watching my behind. I guess it's a self confidence feeling, but if somehow the underwear doesn't look bulgy down under, I would definitely wear these more often. Right now I just wear them when neccessary.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My elderly father just started using the mens underwear for accidents now that he is having issues and his biggest concern was walking around looking like he has a diaper on, so I started with name brand ones because they advertise discrete well there is nothing discrete about them - they are big, bulky and expensive. When I seen Members Mark had their own brand we gave them a try and so glad we did. My dad feels confident again going out in public, so that alone is worth it but they are also 30% cheaper than other brands and just as absorbent.
