[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I had prostate problems that led to an operation there was the issue of "leakage" before and after my procedure. I used this same product and was very pleased with the results, there was no obvious signs I was wearing absorbant underwear as they were not bulky. My physical shape is tall and thin with no hips and the elastic band held the underwear in place with out chaffing the skin and no leakage presented itself through my outer clothes. It is embarrasing enough to wear absorbant underwear so the effectiveness of this product helped me with everyday activities. Good product that works

I came across the Member's Mark Total Protection Underwear for Men and gave them to him to try. They work great. He has been protected from any leaks and embarrassment from accidents. I have bought cases and donated them to the nursing home for the other gentlemen to use for the same issue.

Also very discreet so you can't tell the difference between these and regular underwear with most pants/shorts.
