I have a bed wetter and he slept in these all night and the underwear fit great and didn’t irritate his skin. They are easy to put on and take off. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are bigger than we had expected. They seem durable, but they come up really high on the belly. The padding on the inside feels and appears to be leak free, but we haven't tried them to know for sure.

This may be sometimes when I have drank coffee and want to walk my every day 2 mile walk which can be somewhat problematic due to the feeling of incontinence. I feel safe and protected in order to finish my walk.

They are very soft and smooth. They stretch a lot more than I expected which is great. They aren't as bulky as some other adult diapers or underwear I have tried. They also don't leave any creases or sore spots on the skin after use.
