Godsend for older folks

very disappointed with the quality since they were redesigned and the gray version came out. also have where the manufacturing process is messed up the sides. some aren't seamed all the way and some are overseamed.

They run small'

I have used these for years. This recent change is horrible. Read all of the other people's similar comments to see a similar theme. They are too small now (using the L-XL size), uncomfortable, not as absorbent, don't even 'feel' as good in hand. If they don't go back to a good product that didn't need "improvement", these will be the last ones I buy. Wake up Sam's--you've got a problem here that needs fixing ASAP.

I have been buying this product for years for my mentally disabled brother. This new product is trash , the sizing is way off and cheaply made. People that use this product are disabled and most are on a limited income , Do you not Care about that ??? This product needs to be pulled from the shelves immediately ! Bring back the old perfect product or I will be forced to go elsewhere. I am so Angry with Sams Club I am seriously thinking about canceling my membership and Sams Credit Card. Something Must be done Immediately !

Sam's must have a new supplier; not only is the packaging different, but the underwear (size L/XL) no longer fits at all comfortably. It is too tight in the waist and below, as if it were a S/M size! I will return the unused (79) underwear and have ordered the Depends brand after using the Makers Mark brand for 2 years.

Just want to express my opinion on a product I have purchased for husband for sometime, always with satisfaction, till now. The recent product change to the Total Protection Underwear for men, UPC# 1 93968 07831 7, S/M 92 count versus the prior item, I must say, does not even compare.. The fit, absorbency and comfort are all very inferior to the previous item. I must say, that just the changes in packaging, should have been enough of a bump on the bottom line, but I guess you just could not stop there. Well, I will not purchase anymore, not even for home use, let alone for any secure feeling, if he is out in the public. I just would not want my husband to experience any embarrassment.

I was somewhat distressed when the size of the S/M suddenly got smaller, but over time I have found it does not really matter. My wife told me early on that it is not the size of the waist that is important in diapers, it is the size of the leg holes! I have really skinny legs and the S/M fits my upper legs thighs just right so I don't leak around the openings.
