Nice set

I replace my non-stick Teflon pans from time to time and these look and perform great. Excellent price too! Just be sure to prepare and use them as instructed.

Value purchase.

Always a value purchase. I use these to stock our vacation rental, I’m sure they would last longer if guests did not use metal utensils but that’s what’s so great about these pans they are great quality and easy to replace.

Great pans

I’m happy with these pans. it was time to replace my previous 5 year old Tramontina non-stick skillet set. Opted for the MM set for a change in style/feel. I like the look, weight, and flatter working area of this set.

Member's Mark 3-Piece Hard Anodized Fry Pan Set

Very very nice quality and I especially like that they are made with the 'safe' non-stick surface. The bottoms sit dead flat on my ceramic stove top and work perfectly. The price is a no-brainer.

Great price

Enjoying my new frying pans. Hopefully if I follow all the instructions on how to take care of them, they will last longer then the last ones. It was a great price for 3 pans.

Great set of pans for the price

Great set of inexpensive pans. I love anodized aluminum, but my old set was almost 20 years old and no longer non-stick. These have been a great replacement. Easy to cook in and wash up beautifully.

Sturdy pans but don't seem to be very non-stick

I followed all directions for cleaning and seasoning the pans. It says not to use spray oils. So, I tried to cook an omelet without "pam". Contrary to what I was expecting, it stuck badly. So, I guess you have to use some kind of oil or butter and this is not nearly "non-stick".

Hi, nan, thank you for not to use spray oil. To initially season your pans, hand wash with warm soapy water and dry thoroughly first. Then season by lightly rubbing cooking oil onto the surface and heating over medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Cool the pan down to room temperature, hand washing with warm soapy water, then rinse and dry thoroughly. To help make the pans nonstick again: Hand washing your pans with vinegar or warm water. Pour oil in the pans and use a brush to make the oil spread evenly onto the surface. Heat the oil with low to medium heat until the smoke rises from the inside out. Cool the pans down to room temperature, then wipe out the extra oil with a cloth. Member's Mark 3-piece hard anodized fry pan set

This three piece set comes well packaged with strong sturdy handles. No instructions for the pans were in the packaging. Pans are labeled on bottom that they are dishwasher safe but handwashing is recommended. Assuming these were 'non-stick' pans, I cooked a fried egg without any cooking spray in the pan. The egg stuck to the pan. Washing the pan, I needed a brush to get the egg off. I also cooked scrambled eggs in a pan - this time using cooking spray. The eggs did not stick and the pan was easy to clean.

If you season the pan before first time use, it will help to create a nonstick surface. Seasoning is simply heating up the pan and then coating it with a thin layer of oil. When using, make sure the pan is hot before adding oil or butter. This will help to prevent sticking. Use of a non-stick cooking spray is OK if you are cooking something sticky like eggs.

Avoid these pans

I should have read the reviews. Like others, I followed directions exactly. I washed the pans, seasoned them with oil, washed again, then cooked some scrambled eggs. They stuck even though there was a bit of oil in the pan & I used low to medium heat. They are headed back to the club. Buy their in house non stick instead.....

Cool the pans down to room temperature, then wipe out the extra oil with a cloth.

DANGEROUS

After using these skillets for 2 years, i was cooking one night and the rivet holding the handle blew off and flew across the room. I am lucky it did not hit anyone or put an eye out. This should never happen regardless of how old the skillets are.
