Took 2 people about 2-1/2 to 3 hours total to put together. Seems to be good quality so far.

When we got the mat put on the mat had several areas that are real soft

Very happy with this purchase. We wanted a rectangle trampoline and the fact that this one had a 500 lb weight limit was the deciding factor. Best price through Sam's Club!! Also, very impressed with Upper Bounce directly. Not only did they mail us a pair of trampoline socks, they called me directly to make sure we were happy and to make sure we didn't have any problems setting it up. Left me phone and email contact if we ever have any questions or problems. Would highly recommend.

Missing main parts.

I am very disappointed with unpperbounce trampoline it doesn’t have good bounce it’s hard. after jumping on my knees chins hurt so bad. Does anyone else feel the same way like you can’t really jump on it just hurts. I’d take it down take it back to get a refund in a heartbeat.

At first I thought this would be a great trampoline just based on the weight of how heavy it was, but when assembled it was a smaller bounce area than the circle trampolines we've used for years. Eventually a pole was bent and although I've tried multiple times; I have not been able to get any response from Upper Bounce. I was not looking for something for free, just some help!

Pad fails and springs are ripping out just over a year after install with very little use. No customer service support from Sam's Club and not manufacturers warranty.

Pads do not stay on as they are not big enough. Poor quality.

Bounce is great! Very sturdy! Quality product. Very pretty, to boot.
