[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the Downy Unstopables fresh laundry booster instead of the product I was currently using and noticed that it left the clothes with a nice fresh clean scent. I put this in the bottom of my top load washer, added clothes and then laundry soap. The scent beads dissolved nicely without any sticky residue. The only drawback to this is the price.

I gave this a try and it's helped quite a bit. I can't say it's 100% because the stink can still linger at times (Fun fact: Sweat from pain creates a more powerful odor than regular sweat) but it's had enough of an impact that I was pleased with it.

I spent the day at the ballfield watching my grandsons play and even after a long hot day outside, my clothes still smelled great! I cannot wait to try the other scents! I've been paying a lot for fancy smelling detergent and these beads accomplish the same thing for much less!
