One notable difference is that the ridge where you tear the wrap off of is a metal. we have had plastic ones that have bent half way through the box. the product also clings well to bowls (glass or metals) and also around large perishables. its worth the extra money to to purchase the brand product.

The tabs inside that hold the wrap in place is helpful so the roll doesn't pop out of the box when using. It holds well on dishes of different textures and you don't need to use a large amount as the size works well.

Cling wrap does the work for u and all u have to do is get a piece of cling wrap and put it on top of the bowl use ur finger to make sure it's secure to the bowl and u can put it away.

I have used Glad Clingwrap for such a long time and recently every time I use it in the Microwave it melts! It is no fun to pic plastic off the side of a soup bowl and even worse from out of the soup itself! Time to switch brands..... Sorry Glad, this makesmme sad....

Once I had the wrap secure, I flipped it upside down and I had no leaks! I feel confident this wrap will help keep my food at its best.

It keeps them fresh! This cling wrap is easy to use and easy to tear off the container. I recommend this wrap to everyone! You can use this for so many things! We even wrap our fresh bakes cookies in it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love glad cling wrap. I use it all the time. But i prefer the slide and cut cutter instead of the regular cutter. So i take out the cling wrap roll and put it in the other old box i have that helps me cut with a slide cutter. I use it to cover food and it works great.
