Quick & responsive, good sharp screen graphics with a full sized keyboard. Very happy with my purchase after replacing a slow all-in-one desktop. Gave up some real estate but still worth it.

Its working great! I have installed all of the software I need, Firefox, Adobe Reader, anti-virus, and finally Windows 11, successfully. I may buy another one for a family member.

Let me start with saying I have used HP Products for over 15 years. I bought this to upgrade from the HP Pavilion that is about 8 years old. This new product is so cheaply made, I am returning after less than 24 hours. The surrounding area of the keyboard is almost loose and sagging. I realize there is no disc drive, and therefore hollow space under the keyboard, but there is no excuse for the sag and the feeling of cheap, emptiness. Secondly, the audio is lacking the richness that the previous model has. I can speak to this as I had both machines sitting next to each other Highly disappointed, and returning. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Fast, well designed

The computer is a nice size and has great sound, but it's really glitchy and often freezes up when I'm typing. I have Windows 10 installed, but had tried Windows 11 with a trial when I first bought it. Both have operational issues on this device. Hard to say if I'd really recommend this model or not.

Have not received info on software or warranty.

Does what I need it to do.
