At first I was going to return it, because the screen is so muted looking compared to my Toshiba, but after playing with it a couple days, my eyes adapted to it. This bugger really hauls on graphics work. I only purchased it to do slow renders. But it does them almost as fast as I start them. Which is blazing fast. My only issue with the product is the screen, which doesn't have the rich blacks I'm used to.

I like the laptop. This is very wide screen. If thats what your looking for great. If not I would go down a size. I didn’t realize how large the screen is. Please take into consideration traveling with it and will it fit in your laptop bag. Overall its a great purchase but the screen is much larger than I expected

HP laptops are my choice. This one is for just me. It takes care of business. Like the large screen size. Not sure if I will like the backlit keyboard. I opted for that because I could not find a black keyboard with white letters like I am used to.

I received my new laptop and much to my dismay realized the keyboard wasn’t back lit as advertised. When I opened the packing, I didn’t have both parts of the cord to charge the laptop. I called HP and they shipped me the part I needed and informed me my warranty expired in 2023. The laptop itself works fine but I am dissatisfied with the advertisement and what I really received.

Great machine. All of my pictures, word processing, and spreadsheets were converted automatically. Very easy setup.
