I've also been not rinsing my mouth out afterward, and I feel like that helps for the whitening to take more of an effect. Letting that residue sit on my teeth seems to help whiten them faster. Overall, I like this toothpaste. And I would recommend it.

It’s got a great, fresh, minty taste without the burn that some mint flavors give. I like the added cavity and gum protection it provides while being a whitening toothpaste. As a daily tea drinker, I appreciate that it does, in fact help whiten my teeth. I can’t wait to see how healthy they look after finishing the entire tube.

This toothpaste has a nice minty freshness that isn't too overpowering. It makes your mouth feel fresh and clean! I like the consistency of the gel too. As far as whitening, It's kind of hard to tell. You would almost have to keep track daily to know for sure. However, my teeth appear white to me...so that is satisfaction enough. Maybe they actually are...maybe it's my brain playing games.regardless, I really like how fresh and clean this makes my mouth feel whitening is an added bonus. Definitely recommend.

However this toothpaste was not overly strong or irritating, and it had a pleasant mint flavor. I liked how it emphasized the benefits rather than whitening, because whitening isn’t very good for your teeth anyways.

Not only does the gel have a refreshing minty flavor, but it also works to whiten teeth, fight off bad breath, stains and plaque/gingivitis, but also helps with enamel erosion, and that is very important to me as I suffer from sensitive teeth already! It also has 24 hour antibacterial protection and is 2x more effective at fighting off bacteria, that is a root cause of most oral problems.
