The downside to me was that I couldn't mix it with anything warm. I was going to add this to his oat milk, but I always heat it up slightly before serving. He's sensitive to dairy so I'm not able to stir it into a yogurt. I believe if the was a little bit more product to test I could give my honest opinion. Right now after just one sachet I didn't really see any difference.

I thought it would be a "fruity" or some type of flavor to it but it is fine mixed in any cold drink or water. My biggest concern is the excess waste created by all the individual packets.

The single use packs are really easy and mess free. I appreciated the easiness of it and I was impressed with the quality of the ingredients. We have started using these packages regularly.
