[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] at first when i got this, i was nervous. I thought it would have my kids running around pooping all day. I also thought they would notice it in their drinks. My daughter is pretty particular about her foods and notices anything. This was no different, she could tell there was something different going on in her drinks. I tried to put it in her oatmeal, milk, orange juice, just water and she noticed everytime. I would still give the product 4 stars, because my son didnt notice and i noticed how regular he was. It helped with potty training too, because we kind of knew when to expect a poo. I got this free, but i will definitely be going and getting more.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Great - due to only a sample size, it's hard to know it's effect. However, kids didn't mind it being sprinkled in their milk/yogurt. However, it is a bit more convenient (time wise) to buy a chewable.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) My kid who rejects to eat any kind of vitamin pills including those gummies finished his bowl of yogurt without finding out what I have added in. Definitely a great fit with dense liquid food. I haven't tried it with milk or juice. I am worried that it may not dissolve well.

This product was ok- I didn’t notice a huge change in my kids and since the sample was so small I didn’t expect to- but I also don’t feel right vouching for it when we only had enough for one try. The kids didn’t mind the taste though which is always a good sign :)

I love that i can be mixed with any liquid and my little girl drinks it down easily and with out a fight. Which is a first for me. It is easy to mix and doesn have much of a flavor depending on what you mix it with.

I mean, regular to the point that you can time it within 5 minutes. I am so grateful for the kids packets and will continue to use them as long as she insists on chicken nuggets and mac 'n cheese only!

I would prefer a tablet form so the kids can just pop it in their mouth. When you have more than one kid, it can get time consuming trying to rip open the packets, pour and mix. We didn't notice any changes in the children after taking this product
