We drink water mostly and I just add it to my child's water bottle for the day. She doesn't notice a difference and we have had a huge improvement with tummy issues since we started Culturelle a few months ago. i did not notice any taste differences either, so it is perfect to put in any kind of beverage.

This product is amazing.. after just 1 day of taking 2 packets (morning and night) he is now on a regular schedule!!! And he is overall in a better mood :-) He's much more agreeable now that his tummy doesn't hurt....

I gave Culturelle Probiotics for kids to my 9 year old daughter and it has helped her with her digestion issues. you can mix with yogurt, milk, apple sauce and water and they won't taste it. my daugher also enjoys the chewables. The packets are really convenient and I can easily carry with me. I would recommend this. I receive this product for free from Smiley 360 but all opinions are my own.

He has had a bad cold for 2 months and this sample came along just in time for us to try to see if he would take it rather than buying and then wasting if he didn’t. We mixed it in his yogurt and he didn’t even notice it and is finally starting to feel better and I’m sure it because he is getting his healthy bacteria back after having antibiotics. Would definitely recommend to kids who have trouble with chewables or are younger and can’t chew them yet.
