This is a GREAT straightener. And the Price is great. I have really long, curly, frizzy hair and it works flawless. I have never even used the hottest setting. My best friend used it when she visited and she was amazed. She said hers took her 3x's as long. So I bought her one and she loves it also.

I did not received the color that was pictured. They said they would not charge me for that item and would send me another in hopes I would get the one as pictured. I did not. Disappointed as I was going to purchase the matching hair dryer at another store in that same color and was giving it as a gift.

Seems to work fine for the waves I'm trying to create. I already have straight hair. The problem is the instructions for power and temperature are horrible. The control button with /- makes no sense because when you press it there is no indication of what is happening. It also shuts off for no reason when using. Hmmm. What do you expect for $29?

My flat iron broke and I have since been on a search for a replacement. This red one caught my eye! Such a pretty color. I couldn’t wait to get it and give it a try. So disappointed I was sent a black flat iron. I realize color doesn’t affect the performance of the iron - but I really wanted the red one. I am basing my 1 star review on the fact I didn’t get what was advertised.

I got my flat iron for my Birthday last month and I must say I am very happy with it. Very good, less time to do my hair, I'm in love with it. Would highly recommend.

I received a flat iron, but not the one pictured. It is a Conair 1½" Tourmaline Ceramic, but I couldn't find the wird Titanium anywhere and what arrived looks very different. I'll keep it, but don't appreciate what seems to be 'Bait and Switch'. 😞

Doesnt matter what temperature this straightner is set at, it burns my hair. You can smell it burning. i tried using twice %26 after the 2nd time I had to go buy a new one.

I love this straightener. I have super thick and curly hair and this is the only one that has ever got it all straight in less then an hour. Its amazing!

Glides through hair smoothly. It was not the same color as the one pictured it is black but does not affect how it works. I had this straightener before just in a one inch for 4-5 years and decided I needed a new one.
