I find the trimmer works well with a plastic canvas sheet and the measuring mat makes it easy to get sizes quickly. The hobby knife with the different blades works for harder to cut out patterns. The scissors are sharp and easy to handle. A perfect gift for any crafter!

I used to cut on cardboard or an old magazine. Now I have a 12" x 12" self healing surface to work on. It does not dull my blades like cardboard and it heals itself so I can use it over and over.

I love the sliding cutter as I can "flip" it upside down and use it left handed with ease. This paper cutter is good for class use especially.The various blades for the exacto knife are a fantastic idea and will be very useful in my projects Having the shorter scissors makes cutting very easy in smaller spaces. I was disappointed with the cutting mat (and a bit with the paper cutter) in that I use metric measurements only (as does 98% of the world) and these were all in US imperial. I have a 30 cm paper cutter with a slider that I love using as it it allows me to do whole sheets of paper left handed. Both pair of scissors have sharp cutting blades which I greatly appreciate.

Having the small knife with changeable blades makes for easy, accurate cut outs, especially on the included cutting mat. I also like the grid markers on the mat so I don’t have to search for a ruler. The paper cutter makes straight and precise cuts as well, saving me time! This would make a great gift for my younger crafting friends, too.

The cutting mat was great to work on for measuring. It wipes off easily. Two different sizes of scissors is perfect. The 5" is perfect for fussy cutting. The trimmer cuts perfectly. Measuring is made easy with the 1/2" grids and lift up arm. The hobby knife is easy to grip and use.
