It mimics the floor in terms of support, which has been a day-night difference! # of coils provides proper support, along with notable material air flow. I have scoliosis- spondylolithesis- disc bulge that was continuously aggravated by both Casper + Purple mattresses. So grateful to leave all those back problems behind + be reunited with another Beautyrest bed (my original childhood mattress brand)! Stood home the entire weekend I received this bed + slept! No more waking up feeling like a truck hit me! Back in action like I never left!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! I never knew how much of a difference in sleep quality that a good mattress could provide me. I am beyond impressed with this mattress. To start off, I love how thick it is. I think it has to be at least 15 in thick. On top of that is luxurious pillow top that makes you feel like you're just floating when you lay down. I haven't slept so well in years. Delivery was rather quick and I'm glad they helped me get it in the house because this thing is heavy! But... That's a good thing when it comes to mattress. I chose a soft one because that's what I prefer and this does not disappoint. I love that when I move around it doesn't seem to bother my wife or even shake her side of the bed too much. I can't feel anything poking me or any springs or anything in this mattress. It seems to be very evenly filled with no weird lumps or bumps in it. Ever since I've been sleeping on it I've been wanting to stay in bed every morning!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautyrest Silver BRS900 Medium matress is by far the very best mattress that I have ever had!! I have been married a long time and for the last five my husband and I slept in separate beds. Now we are able to sleep together again. This mattress doesn't creak or squeak at night. I can barely feel my husbands movement when he tosses and turns. I am amazed at the high quality of the mattress itself. It is firm yet it still contours to your body. It is easy to get in and out of bed off of the mattress. I am truly amazed at how good this mattress truly is. I will never buy any other brand. Bravo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This mattress is indeed Extra Firm! I ordered this mattress after having (2) pillow top mattresses over the course of 13 years. I suffered a back injury and the pillow top mattress became too soft for my liking. Decided to purchase this extra firm and it’s a bit too firm for me, lol, but I’d rather my mattress be too firm rather too soft and sinking in. However, I ordered a 3 inch gel foam mattress topper and now, I’m sleeping restfully and awaken without any pain.

I ordered another BRS 900 extra firm. The first one lasted 7 yrs (not 10). The edges were no longer firm. But I loved the mattress so much I wanted the same one. It was so good not to have to test mattresses in a store and still not be sure you got the right one. I hope they keep making this model.

We bought the same mattress we have at home for our cabin, as we love our BRS 900 medium pillow top. Unfortunately you do not make this same one anymore and we had to buy the same model but without the pillow top. We are hoping it will soften up as it is way too firm (not sure if that is because the pillow top softens it up). We were disappointed we were unable to get the exact mattress that we love!

Usually, both my husband and I have to compromise on what type of bed we get. My husband and I both have different needs when sleeping. He likes super soft and cooling and I like firmer and warm. This bed is both. The pillow top hugs every curve of your body supporting you in every sleeping position. Its firm enough to support me and soft enough to make him feel "hugged" as he put it. The design increases airflow so that your body stays at a constant temperature that is comfortable for sleeping. The bed has individually wrapped coils so I don't feel movement from my husband moving around in the bed. This helps me to stay asleep. The only downside of the bed is that you cant use a supper fluffy pillow when sleeping because the bed hugs you in such a way that you only need a little pillow if you need one at all! Overall this is the best bed I have ever owned. I get great sleep in it and don't wake up stiff. My husband shares in saying that it is super comfortable and gives you a great sleep. We are both happy!

I tend to prefer to have more of a softer pillow top, but my husband was having back issues so we tried a firm mattress instead to try and help his sleep. He loved the firm mattress and got much better sleep. I still personally prefer a soft pillow top but my husband loves the firm mattress!
