[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For safety, I took my time putting it together and it only took 2 days including leveling the installation area (which was the most difficult part). Make sure to take inventory of all the parts and organize your work area and assembly will be a snap! My little one was blown away and I couldn't be happier with the purchase. So far its been a racecar, a firetruck, a spaceship, and pirate ship (i.e. Its even more magical to imaginative little minds than expected)! Would highly recommend Gorilla products to anyone in the market.

The product was good quality and very well labeled with good directions. My only issue I had was the green Vinyl Canopy had 2 rips in it and The front arch board is split on on of the ends. Both will need to be replaced. But with that said it went together and felt solid.

The ID tags on wood pieces are too easily broken and lost causing delays. Assembly went smoothly. It took 14hrs total 7 ½ hrs with two adults and a sic year old boy. 5hrs with papa 73 years and William 6 years and 1 ½ hrs with Papa. The finished product is SUPER!! According to William V.

I WOULD SAY THAT 90% OF THE INSTALLATION WAS SIMPLE. THE ISSUE I HAD WAS AT TIMES THE T NUTS AND BOLTS WOULD NOT LINE UP. SO FAR I AM IMPRESSED AT HOW STURDY THE SWING SET IS. WHEN BOTH OF MY KIDS ARE SWINGING THERE IS NO SWAY IN THE BEAM AS IS THE CAS

I really liked the play set. _x000D_ I ran into issues when driving the lag bolts. Couple lag bolts caused the wood to crack. The steering wheel lag bolt is too long and it hits the swing arm bolt causing the steering wheel to be loose. I replaced the bolt for a shorter one_x000D_

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this set for our great-granddaughter who is just turning 2. This set has a lot to afford like the slide, swings and the deck with a trap. As she gets older there is a rock wall and rope, sandbox, So she will be able to grow up using this swing set. Like I said this swing set is made to last and grow up being used. The set is very well made. I would buy this set again, and recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for our kids for Christmas (3rd wk of November) and was concerned it might not get here on time given the vague time frame for delivery. Brenda from customer service was so helpful throughout. From helping me with the initial purchase, to providing me with updates along the way, she was always extremely responsive and informative. Delivery was scheduled and came from the freight company a few weeks before Christmas (ahead of the expected timeframe given). I built the swing set with my Dad and while we thought we could do it in 6 hours or so (he's a retired tradesman and I have grown up in a similar environment), it still took us about 12-13 hours all in all. I was surprised by this since I consider both of us very handy, but we lost a lot of time just trying to dig the set into the ground to get it level. This was by far the greatest challenge so if possible I'd recommend leveling the ground first. Even though it took a while it was fairly easy all the way through. I was very very very impressed with the organization of all of the parts and how easily identifiable they were as we went through the steps to build. In fact, I was initially drawn and was willing to pay more for Gorilla since I knew many of the holes were pre-drilled and the reviews for set up/installation were pretty solid. I cannot stress enough how happy I am that I made this decision and did not settle for less. It would not have been worth it to buy a cheaper set that might come without these things. My only two issues were that the telescope came a little damaged to the point where I could not affix/mount it on the bracket that it came with, and there was one (one out of hundreds that is) 6" bolt that came with damaged threads and we couldn't get a nut onto the end of it. I emailed Brenda at customer service and once again, she answered me within 30 mins and had the two parts shipped to me right away. So great. The kids haven't spent much time on the swing set just yet and I have only had it up for less than 5 days, so I can't speak to durability etc., but overall I am very pleased with my experiences with Gorilla so far and I would definitely recommend.

The set was fairly simple to put together and had very simple instructions. My husband did it by himself but having an extra hand would probably make set up go faster. Kids are so excited to go out and play on it every day!!
