I read several reviews prior to making this purchase and was worried I might receive damaged parts. I also worried about putting this together myself. Turns out, I was luckier than others. The playset arrived in perfect condition. My worry about putting this thing together, is a different story. It took my wife, daughter, and I 11 hours (nonstop) to get this thing put together. It was brutal but worth it. We got it together before the grandkids got her and they played on it for a week. Easy to follow directions and very sturdy. I DO NOT regret this purchase. Sucked putting it together.

Very pleased with the overall quality of the material and finished product when fully assembled. The illustrations and instructions were very easy to follow. It took two people with limited construction experience about 10 hrs to assemble the play set. We have twin 3 yo boys and they love this play set.

Just got it completed late evening, but it looks great. For our grandson when he comes visit.

My grandson loves this set. It has so many different activities. Sturdy materials and easy to assemble. There were a couple of bolts missing that we had to go to the store to replace.

The product was good quality and very well labeled with good directions. My only issue I had was the green Vinyl Canopy had 2 rips in it and The front arch board is split on on of the ends. Both will need to be replaced. But with that said it went together and felt solid.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the Outing with trapeze arm and wood roof in June, 2020. It arrived just a few short weeks later on a pallet. The quality of the materials is top-notch, this includes the wood and the hardware. Installation took me, a pretty handy 37 year old man about 12 hours total which included leveling the area for the playset. The screws, nuts, bolts, and washers, etc arrived in clear plastic bags contained in a few different boxes. Some of the bags had hundreds of screws of different sizes included, and it would have been helpful for each size to have its own bag, and for them to be labeled with the size. Other than that, the instructions and installation was frustration free. Each wooden piece is stamped with a part number, and the hardware is all easy to recognize. Overall, we are extremely pleased with the playset and would highly recommend it.

This is a nice good quality set for the most part. We did have multiple parts that arrived damaged. I was able to put it together but I know it is there.

I have more of a question instead of a review. When crossing the monkey bars to the playhouse, where is the opening to the playhouse from the monkey bars. The pictures show it as a dead end, to where the child must drop down to the ground instead of climbing into the playhouse.
