WHY did you change this mix to granola? It's used to be nuts and I buy these by the truck full! I will never purchase these again if the granola stays. Absolute gross and changes the entire flavor. It's no longer nutty, it's like hard bits of cardboard. Yuck!!

I eat these acai bowls every day for lunch. I loved the packet with the nuts and chai seeds it complimented the bowl so well. I just bought four more boxes only to discover they changed the packet of nuts to hard, disgusting granola that completely changes the flavor of the bowl. Terrible!! I'm so disappointed. Please change back. Not sure why such a good thing was changed and definitely not for the better!!

Not as good as the Dragon Fruit Acai bowls they replaced with these. The bright pink Dragon fruit açaí bowls were so delicious especially with the crunchy seed and quinoa topping!! These taste like crappy banana mud with bitter nuts on top. Please bring back the old bowls!

These were a tasty treat for breakfast. I’ve never had an Açaí bowl before and this was perfect for breakfast or a quick snack. The flavor was pleasant with just a little tartness. I liked the granola addition and it kept me full all morning. These will be on my shopping list from now on.

I have been eating the organic acai bowl with nuts every day for a while now and was very disappointed when I opened the package and granola had been substituted for the nuts. I hope you will strongly consider bringing back the bowl with nuts. I do not plan to continue purchasing the bowl with granola. Thank you!

I'm not sure who thought switching out the nuts for this nasty granola was a good idea. By the way, it's horrible. This is my favorite breakfast and the granola ruins it. I would like to kindly suggest you switch back to the nuts. This granola is not it. It gets mushy and just isn't that great of a flavor. You really should have done taste testing with the general public and not among those who work in the company patting themselves on the back. You did not make this better. The granola sucks. Big time

“New recipe” yes it is. “Delicious taste” absolutely not. The new granola packet is absolutely terrible. I buy two boxes of these each time I go to sam’s. Threw out all the packets. This was a complete failure. Hopefully sam’s monitors the reviews and changes it back.

The topping changed from nutritious nut mix to cheap oats and sugar topping. And they haven't updated this on the website. At first I thought it was a a quality control issue but now realize they actually changed it to this sugary concoction. I don't think I'm going to buy these anymore. I'm trying to cut down on sugary type foods.

I bought these açaí bowls as part of a survey. I'm glad I was chosen to participate because I might not have tried them otherwise. They are on the smaller size but that is probably a good portion control. Unfortunately, my first attempt to defrost one was a failure because I forgot that I left it on the counter and only remembered 2.5 hours later (75 min was the recommended time). I tried it anyway but the consistency was unacceptable. My second defrost was successful using the same method but trying it at 70 minutes of defrost time. The product was very good. There was a small section of the bowl that was still a bit icy but stirring the product helped a lot. Adding the packet of nuts and seeds to the bowl brought it the next level -- excellent indeed! The combination of fruit, nuts/seeds and frozen açaí smoothie make for a great summertime treat.

I'm disappointed that the nut mix was switched out with granola. I used to have these bowls for breakfast, but they taste worse with the granola, so I will no longer purchase them. The nuts complemented the fruit, which made it a breakfast staple. On the other hand, the granola made the bowl too sweet, which made it more of a dessert. It's not enjoyable, and I wish the nut mix could be brought back.
