Use these for our small elementary school and a healthier choice

Very needed for my daughter after surgery. This child had throat surgery and could only eat popsicles and ice and these yogurts. She was able to get some nutrition because of these, thank God! But it was trial and error before these. She'd lost 12lbs in a week until we found these and finally some relief for her. FROZEN WORKS BEST!!!

This has a lot of sugar but if you are traveling, this product has so many uses. We freeze them for a cold refreshing pick-me-up you grab out of the ice chest and we enjoy them in place of ice cream. You would want to pack them on top so that sharp ice edges don't poke a hole in them. For me, really icy cold things to eat or drink really help when covering several hundred miles in one day. Of course they were meant for children, duh

The whole family loves the low fat Go-Gurts. We put them in the freezer and they go faster than than any other snack. I wish Sam's sold other flavors. We found Vanilla at another store and they are a favorite. To serve frozen, we take one out of the freezer, run it under hot water for just a few seconds, cut off the top, push up and enjoy a great treat.
