Nice set

Nice set of pots and pans. I would have given them 5 stars but i was a bit disappointed with the weight. I was expecting them to be a bit heavier.

Amazing pots and pans

Nothing sticks to this pans! Easy to clean. They are heavy pots and pans so I would suggest these for someone who likes a lightweight pan.

We are sorry to learn about your experience. We have some important tips for you to care the aluminum cookware set. 1) Always use on low to medium heat. 2) Always cool down to room temperature before washing. 3) Avoid sudden temperature change (thermal shock) on the cookwares and lids. 4) Avoid sharp adjectives touch on the cookware surface. 5) Should burnt grease or food residue collect on the surface, it can usually be removed with warm water and a mild detergent. For extreme cases, residue can be removed with a thorough cleaning using a Soft Scrub. Do not use abrasive cleaners, steel wool or coarse scouring pads. If you are still unhappy the set can be exchanged or returned anytime as part of the Member's Mark 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

Absolutely love it. Cooks well on my induction stove top. It's so beautiful and cleans with a breeze.

Amazing!

I love these pans. They are beautiful and amazing. I rarely use any oil or spray because good doesn't stick.

Pretty but not useful

They look aesthetically beautiful but you can’t use them on high heat and the bottoms were scratched after one use.

AriM, we are sorry to hear about your experience. A deep cleaning of the non-stick surface can help restore performance. This may include soaking overnight in hot, soapy water and then thoroughly washing the surface the next morning. Best purchase ever!!

I love these pans. They are truly non stick. Everything just slides around so easy without a bunch of oils.
