The leading cause of material to lose non-stick nature is the use of very high temperature. It could be fatal and damages the ceramic layers causing the material to lose its non-stick nature. 2) Always cool down to room temperature before washing, and hand washing is recommended.3) Due to highly efficient heating, the food juice may be carbonized on the ceramic cooking surfaces at high temperatures, forming tiny black dirt marks. To help remove staining, 1. Pour vinegar onto a scrubbing pad and scrub the stain. Vinegar is effective in removing most stains. 2. Make a paste of 1 tablespoon baking soda and 2 tablespoons vinegar in a pan and fill with warm water. Let the pan sit for a few hours, then scrub the stains.
