Purchased set 03.25.23 / Received set 03.30.23. I was concerned the moment I opened the box and the fist thing that I saw was a warning to only use low to a maximum medium heat. I am unable to comprehend their logic when it comes to the oven -- How are these pans supposed to be oven safe up to 450 degrees but can't be used on the stove on anything higher than medium??? -- RED FLAG. I decided to take them for a test drive so I opted to make a pot of chili using the 6 quart dutch oven. At no time was the on anything higher than medium low. I made certain to follow the other warning to only used silicone utensils. I even used a silicone ladle when serving it. I washed the pan I only used a washcloth and regular dawn dish soap and water. I dried the pan with a clean dish towel When I went to put the pan up this morning on 04.01.23 I noticed an area on the bottom of the pan that I thought looked like I had missed when I washed it. To my dismay however it was actually the non stick ceramic coating coming off of the pan. I inspected the rest of the pan and discovered another area that was doing the same thing opposite the first on the bottom of the pan. I also noticed that there are many small black (dots) marks on the pan bottom where the ceramic coating is not attached any longer. I will be returning this set tomorrow (04.02.23) to my closest club. Highly disappointed to see the lack of quality that I received.

These pans worked for about 2 weeks. At first they worked well. Now everything sticks, and they are stained inside and out no matter how much i took care of them or scub to clean. I am throwing these away. They look so ugly now. I bouth these in April 2022. It is now November

Bought these in August, (it is currently 11/2/22) and everything o cook in sticks to these. Even using butter or oil and I can’t even cook an egg properly on these things. I have always hand washed these pots to be sure not to ruin them and we are only 2ish months in and I hate them. DO NOT BUY THESE!!!

Like others we really wanted to cream colored but haven’t caught them in stock so we bought the navy/gold and they are beautiful! I was hesitant to order because reviews complained about the induction capabilities but figured I could easily return if they didn’t work. THEY WORK on induction. Like any induction pan, you have to use the appropriate burner. My only complaint is that they really require a light oil every single time you use them and are not the most nonstick they should be. But it’s ok they make up for that small flaw with cost. I’m pretty gentle with my pans but 2 lids came with rubbed off paint along the edge of the lids. That didn’t bother me so much but that’s why they lost a star.

They worked great for about 6 months. We use the 8" pan a lot for eggs and initially it was very non-stick. However, that began to change and now eggs, even with butter, stick. We always hand washed with non abrasive pads and never had the pan > medium heat, and always used some oil or butter. They were cheaper so we're not expecting greatness, but 6 months is a pretty short lifespan.

This pot and pan set is wonderful! I was looking for a cheaper version than the popular name brand set and this is perfect. I noticed a lot of complaints on here about the quality of the set as well as different dishes sticking to the pots and pans. I think that some of the complaints are due to individuals not taking the time to read the instructions prior to first using the set. It states that you should wash them with warm water, dry them thoroughly, season them with an oil of your choice similar to what you would do with a cast iron set, allow them to cool completely, and rinse them again with warm water and soap. I think if you do this and you never use at a temperature higher than medium you should be fine. It’s also important to know your stove, some people might say medium is a level five and under while others may have to cook at a level six and so forth. There are also several other “do not’s in the care instructions. None of which were absolute deal breakers for me. Ultimately, I have not had any issues with the set. If you’re interested in purchasing I’d encourage you to buy and try it out for yourself.

Okay so I’ve been waiting since mid October & checking every day. I could only get my hands on the terra cotta but didn’t love that color when I got it. It is was definitely more pink so I returned them & got the gray ones in store! I LOVE them. I was wanting the cream & gold but was tired of looking everyday for them to come back. So I turned my handles gold on my gray set with rub n buff and I love them even more now & i’m not sad about not getting the cream, I started wondering if the cream would discolor with cooking! The quality is way better than I imagined!

Ordered this for a Christmas present and Sam's never delivered plus their customer service was zero help with helping me locate it at a local club. In fact, one of the customer service reps put me on hold and never came back. By far, one of the worst online buying experiences I've ever encountered... I can't see myself or my family buying much from this company in the future because they're terrible!!!

They are beautiful, aesthetic, lightweight. I simply love them.

These pans are truly nonstick! They work great with my glass top stove!
