Great cookware

I received this for Christmas and absolutely love how nothing sticks and they clean so easily. Only issue is the pan that holds the metal steamer insert has had some of the pan interior scratch off where insert sits .

We are sorry to hear about your experience, Charlie. We suggest when using the metal steamer insert, place it carefully on and off any locations. Never use hard objects on the nonstick surface. And always place a piece of paper towel or cookware protector between each other.

Not NonStick

The pans are beautiful, but they are not nonstick. Several things sticks to them, this is with oil added. Now marks are left in the pan. Will not buy brand again.

We are sorry for your experience with this pan set, Sam. Here are some tips for you to maintain the superior nonstick performance and bright colors. Always cook on LOW TO MEDIUM HEAT. HAND WASHING RECOMMENDED though these are DISHWASHER SAFE. Always cool the pans down to room temperature before hand washing. The use of high heat and a sudden temperature change can cause metal fatigue, warping, deformation, non-stick deterioration, chipping, discoloration. However, a deep cleaning of the non-stick surface can help restore performance. This may include soaking overnight in hot, soapy water and then thoroughly washing the surface the next morning. i loved these the first few months and then they started to stick. i can't find any one to contact to fix these and i have come to wish i bought something else

Do not buy these

These pans started sticking after about 2 months of use, and they have severe discoloration on the bottoms. I followed the instructions and handwashed only no high heat etc. They are junk!

Thank you for following the instructions, Janice, as it is very important. To restore the non-stick performance, we recommend soaking the cookware overnight in hot, soapy water and thoroughly washing the surface the next morning. Besides, as you can see on the bottom, the small holes on the iron base plate expose the aluminum bottom of the piece to the air. The exposed aluminum oxidizes in the air at high temperatures due to its nature. Therefore, after repeated use, the aluminum at the bottom will discolor. However, we have a tip for you to clean. Baking soda: Mix a suitable amount of baking soda with water to form a paste. Apply the paste to the oxidized aluminum surface, let it sit for a while. Then gently wipe with a damp cloth, and finally rinse with clean water. Delivered scratched

These were delivered with scratches on a couple of the pots! That's does not speak well for these since I haven't bothered to use them. I am disappointed. They will be going back!

incorrect color

I ordered the cream color, and the pans are actually white. Like paper towel white. I got one cream colored lid, and everything else is white. That’s how I can tell the difference in the color.

not the color as stated.

Im a bit disappointed I purchased the color black in this cookware + just now opened a box of cookware with the color of a dark navy blue not black as I ordered ☹️ might return to get a different color.

Everything sticks

These pans were great for about the first 40-50 days. After that everything stuck! No matter how much butter, oil or spray I used EVERYTHING would stick! I would not recommend these if you cook frequently.

Best pots and pans everrrr

They are the best pots and pans I've ever had!! They're truly nonstick and they are just so beautiful!! This was the best purchase I've made this year! Would definitely recommend to any and everybody!!

I really love these pans

I purchased the cream set in December of 2021 and they're amazing. They clean easily with hand washing and are beautiful. I wish they would offer a smaller set of fry pans because I would love to have extra! You won't be disappointed.
