Thank you for the great rating and review, Karen. The dual-riveted cast stainless steel handles are designed to stay cool and comfortable while you're cooking. But metal handles will get hot in the oven or when cooking on high heat. We recommend using potholders when removing the pots and pans from the oven and always cook on medium heat.
