Needs cleaning

The pans are great but burn easily on high flame and are ruined. I was making eggs and accidentally the yolk went over the side and now it’s stained from the heat that it doesn’t come off and looks like I’ve had the pan for 5 years.

We are sorry to hear about your experience, Plate chaser. These pans should not be used on High Heat. They are designed to function best on Low or Medium heat. We suggest handwashing the pan in vinegar with a soft cloth or sponge to help remove the burnt-on stains.

less than 12 months after purchase of this set, and I have to replace it. Although its appearance and language are all appealing, it you cook three meals a day everyday, this set is garbage. Uneven heat distribution, nicks and scratches after first use . Hand washed and silicone utensil, still garbage.

This is for asthethic looks, not for every day use

This set is beautiful to look at, I won’t deny that. We’re a blue-collar home with three Pomskies, and our kitchen gets sun year-round, so black kitchenware isn’t practical — dust shows instantly. I chose the cream-colored pans with gold handles. Elegant? Yes. Durable for heavy daily use? Absolutely not. Before fully committing, I tested a single pan to see if I liked it. I used the recommended heat setting (low to medium). After about 10 minutes of slowly warming the pan, yellow flaws started appearing under the coating. At first, I thought it was my eyes. After cooking, I let the pan come to full cooling temperature. About an hour later, while washing dishes, vacuuming, and mopping, I hand-washed the pan with a sponge (no dishwasher — we use ours as a drying rack because of limited counter space). I dried it and set it on a towel on the counter next to the sink. After finishing, I turned on every bright light in the kitchen, and my boyfriend checked it thoroughly top to bottom. He also found more yellowing. He has experience painting cars and as a mechanic, so he knows how coatings should hold up and can spot flaws if the prep was done incorrectly — this was clearly too thin. Over the same week, I tried the other pans, spaced out, after washing and drying them carefully. Every single pan showed similar flaws under the coating, despite using only silicone spatulas, ladles, and spoons. The pans come with lids, which is useful, but that’s the only positive. They scratch easily, cannot be stacked, and require constant gentle handling. I cook every day and handle cookware carefully, but this set is not made for real daily use. It’s fine for occasional cooking or for kitchen aesthetics, but if you cook large meals, prep multiple dishes, or have limited cabinet space, this set is not practical. This is my third Sam’s Club cookware set in 20 years, and despite the gaps, nothing has improved — thin coating, easily scratched, not truly nonstick. My Marshall’s ceramic cookware, nearly ten years old, outperforms these hands-down. Beautiful? Yes. Durable? Absolutely not.

Great set, needs lid for biggest pan.

So far so good. Love the Lilac color. The pots/pans seem sturdy - non-stick works great. Lids are nice & heavy with the steam holes. I gave only 4 stars because the large pan doesn't have a lid and it's not a standard size so it's not easy to simply cover it using a lid already in my old cookware. We haven't tested them in the oven but I can't see why they wouldn't work just as well as stated on description. Overall I recommend if you're wanting to replace old cookware.

Great ceramic set

I’ve had these for a few weeks now so I cannot speak to longevity. We are following instructions to a T and nothing so far has stuck. They are inexpensive and seem to be free of most of the heavy hitter toxins so that makes me happy. The only complaint I have is that there isn’t a lot of variety in size of pans (maybe just compared to my previous set) I love a biiiig sautee pan and a big soup pot and this has neither. But overall a great set. I got them in green and dig the color
