Our cookware is equipped with a stainless steel stay-flat base specifically designed for use with induction cooking surfaces. Please ensure the diameter of the pan’s induction base is equal to or larger than the size of the induction element being used. If the pan’s induction base is significantly smaller than the induction heating element, the induction sensor might not recognize the pan and therefore not activate the heat evenly.
