Love it, love it straight out box

This sign came without any instructions or paperwork of any kind. The remote does not work. I called the company and left a message but no one returned my call. I would like a replacement but the Sam's Club website states that this item is out of stock.

Not Happy

Ive only had this sign for a week, but so far I really like it.  I almost bought a cheaper version online of a different brand, but I saw those in stores around town, and thought they looked cheap.  They also were not very bright.  This sign is REALLY bright,  It sits behind a fairly dark tinted window, and can easily be seen from 50 yards away.  I paired this with a smart outlet plug that can do scheduling, and now it comes on and goes off automatically during the hours im open.  I never have to touch it.  Assuming it lasts for a few years, I highly recommend.

So far I really like it!
