I have been in business (Food Truck) for 4 years now. Never have I ever had so many problems with these buns. Almost the entire summer, I have had to throw away over a entire pack of buns out of a usual 10 pack order. The buns are either not cut, cut all the way thru, smashed in the middle. The list goes on. I love these buns and my customers do to, but how am I supposed to keep using them when I throw so many away?

My biggest problem is the slicing of the buns. One side is always thinner than the other. Thin side I would estimate is only 1/4 of the total width. It makes it difficult to add condiments as the thin side becomes soaked and had a tendency to come apart.
