Excellent ricotta used for homemade ravioli.

I was excited to get such a large tub of Ricotta to make some cannolis and this was was perfect size to make about 2 dozen

Made lasagna with this ricotta last night and it was a big hit. Holds up very nice, not runny at all and delicious as well. Will definitely purchase again.

A nice flavor, and a good body to the cheese itself. Not watery at all.

If you buy this for the price don't, stick with what you like because the consistency and flavor are way off.
