I went to Sam's Club today because I ran out of Swaggerty's Sausage Patties. Could not find them in the store. Asked an employee and it seems Swaggerty's has been replaced with this awful stuff. JC Potter sausage is just terrible compared to Swaggerty's sausage patties. That is one of the things I don't like about Sam's. They might carry something for years and then drop them for something that has a better profit margin. Bring Back Swaggerty's!

I bought this tube of sausage on June 1 and cooked some the next morning. There was a different smell than normal sausage but it cooked up well even though the texture was finely ground. When I checked there expiration date it expired May 22,2023, *10 DAYS AGO* and yet they had a lot in store still selling on the shelf. This is unbelievable that this went unnoticed and is being sold. I didn't think to check dates because I have never ever found an expired food item in store. I'm honestly appalled. Now I'll be wary shopping for food at Sam's worried about coming across more expired food.
