Love this sausage. It has great flavor. We like it better then another popular brand.

I was a Jimmy Dean fan but I switched to JC because it has cleaner ingredients and no corn syrup.

JC Potter sausage was not too fatty and tasted good! I would buy again.

This sausage has changed since you first started selling it. It was very lean in the beginning. Almost no grease cooked out of it. I preferred it over Jimmy Dean. Now it seems to have a lot of water in it. I'll go back to Jimmy Dean unless the price difference is substantial.

Date for use or freeze want until November 10th. Brought it home and put it in the fridge for a few days. But when i cut into the package it reeked. It was already bad. Had to throw out out.

This is the first time I have ever bought this sausage they it had no taste. Maybe it was just me. But I have had family members come in and made comments about it.
