My son loves this calculator! It is everything he needs for Algebra II and his engineering class. He really enjoys the color screen on the CE unit. It is a little pricey, but he will be able to use the unit for his senior and college math courses going forward. Also, if it holds up in his engineering field of choice for the future. Well worth the investment!

I bought this for my son for school. He hasn't used it yet so I can't really let you know how well it works. Sorry.We have the same one for our older kids who are now in college and both are still using it. We haven't had one problem with it in 5 years. We are hoping this one will work as well. Our local High School has been using these for years. The Walmart price beat all the others out there and same day delivery! You can't beat that!

This gold standard calculator was on sale here and cost barely more than the TI-84, so I had to jump on it. There was a nice magenta color which my daughter would have loved, so I thought I selected it. But when I picked it up, it was black. Disappointed, I realized that all the various colors had the exact same SKU and webpage. In other words, you have no control of the color. I think this is a bad business decision for Walmart. No one wants to be surprised like that anymore, in this day of computerized inventory. Just list the exact color, or else there will inevitably be some disappointed customers who hoped it would be one color or another.

It is for my kid's algebra class in school. He likes it a lot compared to TI 84 plus which only has black and white LED screen. It is a hot item so it is very hard to get in our town for the low price listed in Walmart. I have to drive 30 minutes to pick it up. I wish they can at least ship to our local Walmart so I can pick up there.

The ti 84 has proven itself as a calculator that can be used for most math and science course. It is allowed on the ACTs and AP math tests. The CE color helps students understand concepts easier. The rechargeable battery is really nice. No more replacing batteries every year.

This is what my daughters middle school teacher recommends for the students. My daughter is very happy with it and it seems to work very well. I found that Wal-Mart had the best price, I ordered online and pick it up at the store. Very convenient and super easy.

Works very well and looks very nice. Being able to charge it is pretty cool instead of having to replace batteries. The screen is bright, and its going to be a calculator that I'm hoping to use for a few years. I would definitely recommend it to others.

I purchased this product for my grandson in Toledo, Ohio. He needed the calculator and it was very easy for me to go online to order it. Then have my grandson pick it up at the Walmart in Toledo. I know it will serve him well. I used the TI83 years ago for my Statistics class

First time I've ordered from Walmart.com. After selecting the color and adding to the cart, the picture didn't change to indicate color so I just hoped the right one would be sent but it wasn't. I double checked that I hadn't made a mistake but the color does not change after selection so it's definitely a problem with the site.

You cannot beat Walmart's sales price when offered on this product. This is an excellent computerized calculator! And I couldn't believe the offer of $88 sale price for this product which is usually $149! All 3 of my daughters needed one so I ended up buying three! It appears they've also made some product improvements on charging this device from 2 years ago which is nice too.
