I like this really well because it is easy to store and easy to mix 1 serving at a time. I have bought this many times and it is delivered to my home. Since I am disabled this is a big plus for me.

I love using Zipfizz when I workout. And I love the berry flavor the best! It tastes so good, it almost makes me want to workout just so I can drink it! And it supplies all the vitamins & minerals my body needs at only 10 calories!

I use about one half of the container at a time with 10 - 12 oz of water. It doesn't give a rush and I don't crash. I feel more alert and my blood pressure seem to be down.

We really like the taste, the energy boost and the convenience of the packaging. They are easy to carry and anyone can make them. Kids think they are the bomb! Seem pretty healthy too.
