The lozenge is great for having something to do with your mouth. It helps as part of a system to quit (I need lots of support as well).

As someone who has tried and failed to quit smoking numerous times in their life, the lozenges are definitely a favorable way to go about assisting the quitting process. The water bottle was an awesome perk as well because I have found I drink more water using this. I am going to continue to use this product and I hope it assists me in finally being successful in quitting the worst and hardest habit I've ever had to quit. I tried it for a few days having a piece every hour and it does actually cut my cravings! They taste decent also. Cigarettes are so expensive and nasty but for some reason even with no nicotine craving I’m still craving the action of smoking. I know this product will Help me quit though, I have faith!

It is certainly an adjustment to get used to using lozenges over smoking, but I know it's a positive change for my health.
