I tried it for a few days having a piece every hour and it does actually cut my cravings! They taste decent also. I’m 4 days now smoke free! I know it might not seem like a long time, but I struggled to not buy cigarettes the first couple of days. Especially in the mornings when my cravings are the worse. Today I woke up not craving to smoke, had my coffee and had a lozenge. Throughout the day I had little to no craving for the lozenges either. I’m slowly weaning off the nicotine addiction and it seems almost unreal, as I’ve been smoking for 10 years now.
