They taste okay considering the other lozenges available and they are very easy to carry. Although they do a good job of curbing the cravings, the behavioral element of smoking is still an issue for me. However, this is a great cease smoking aid for those ready to quit.

Its probably not as sophisticated as some of the new sprays and patches, but for me it is super functional. I like the smaller size because it has less fillers and more of the base ingredient - the nicotine. If you're trying to quit smoking it is a great option. Perfect for places such as offices, airplanes etc. The perfect amount of flavor. Does not leave any after taste. This has really helped me to reduce my smoking during the process of quitting.
