I’m 4 days now smoke free! I know it might not seem like a long time, but I struggled to not buy cigarettes the first couple of days. Especially in the mornings when my cravings are the worse. They have a minty flavor that is left in your moth but I didn’t think about smoking at all as long as I had those nearby. It’s the only flavor I have tried but I hear they have other flavors .
