The taste is not bad and they really do help you not want to smoke. I think if you are looking for something to help aid you in quitting you should give these a try. When I feel like I need a cigarette, I just pop one of these in my mouth and I am good to go for a few more hours.

I take one in the morning and it is helping me quitting smoking as I don't have a desire for them. I love the mint flavor and it is not overpowering like other mint. Only downside is they are so small they don’t last long. For someone who places a zin pouch between their check and gums, this product does not give the same feeling as having something there like a nicotine gum would give. It’s is great product if you are into mints, the size is just a downfall. The product does come in smaller containers that are easy to carry around with you which is a plus.

The higher amounts sometimes make my heart flutter a bit, and that's a little concerning. These lozenges do help even though they're the lower dose. The key, though, when quitting smoking or any other habit, is you have to really, really want to. If you don't make up your mind that you're going to do it, all the lozenges in the world won't help.
