These come in handy because they are in 8 mini quittube containers. These came in a 4mg which is recommended if you smoke a cigarette within the first 30 minutes of waking up which I do. I would highly recommend these to anyone trying to stop smoking.

He says his craving for cigarettes has decreased significantly.. only few down sides he has to use quite a bit of them in a day and for the forst few days it gave him serious heartburn. They were just the right size, but the mg could have been stronger, but thats just me. The containers are cute, tiny and easy to carry with you! They curbed my cravings when I was on the go or when my kids were in the car with me.

I am not a fan of mint flavored things so I was so happy to see this flavor! The Lozenges are in small containers and they are super small too so I can slip them in my pocket or pocketbook and no one knows they are there. When I feel the urge to smoke I can use one and it curbs my craving for nicotine. They taste great too cherry with a slight cooling cooling sensation . These really have helped me to quit.
