I wasn’t sure that this lozenge would do the trick based on previous experiences with lozenges. I smoke about a half a pack a day and I’ve noticed since starting these, I’m down to less than 5 a day!! That is a HUGE improvement for me! My biggest “complaint” is the flavor. I do wish there were other flavor options or that these tasted a little less intense. I would still highly recommend these because I can deal with the flavor as long as it continues to work and keeps me from smoking. It’s also affordable — especially compared to how much I spend on cigs. And the water bottle was a nice bonus! This might be my favorite box ever if it actually gets me to stop smoking completely! Suddenly from falling on the snow and being at the hospital forced him to stop for 2 weeks, since then and during the rest of his recovery, as he had the need of nicotine, he started having these lozenges (that I got for him before the accident), I have seen how his breathing capacity has improved, he does not need to clear his throat constantly, his sleep is much better and he does not miss smoking anymore. They are cheaper than many alternative and do a great job at curbing my appetite for nicotine. The taste is pretty decent, but it doesn't last as long as I wished it would. I have been trying to quit smoking on and off for years now and have yet to be able to kick this nasty habit for good. Unfortunately the flavor of these lozenges was terrible to me. They also left a burning sensation in my mouth that I did not like at all. As far as being able to tell if the nicotine in the lozenges worked or not. I did no longer want to go out and have a cigarette after trying a lozenge instead so maybe another flavor would work better for me.
