It was a pack a day now it's a half pack. So we are getting there. We liked that they weren't huge and they we ere easy to throw in the purse when we would go out.

For the amount that comes in the box, it’s definitely plenty for the price but the flavoring could be more natural than artificial

The container is easy to carry in my pocket so I have them on hand whenever I need one. These are great for me because I don’t feel the urge to smoke. They’re a great aid in helping break the habit!

So many of them taste awful! These don't! I like that they are in a lower mg, as it helps with lowering the nicotine cravings. I would recommend!

They’re not too overpowering but just the right amount of flavor. They do great at curbing any cravings I have. I like the tubes they come in as they’re easy to slip into your pocket or purse and I even keep a couple tubes in my car when I get the urge to smoke. I can’t entirely say that I’ve quit for good but am trying to gradually stop smoking altogether. I definitely recommend these for anyone trying to break the habit!

I have been able to reduce the amount of time I spend smoking since trying these and hopefully will be able to fully quit soon.
