I feel like I can discreetly have one in my mouth without everyone knowing. Plus they're easy to take with you. I have been having less cravings to smoke. I love mint flavor and these are basically like eating candy. Right now using I'm using the 4mg. and hope to be lowering the 2mg. soon. Hoping for the best!

The minis are small and don't draw undue attention. This package contains eight little canister bottles of twenty-seven lozenges each. I have not completely quit but I am on the road to finishing. I love the taste of the mint. It wasn't too overpowering and left a refreshing aftertaste. I like the mini size reminds me of a tic-tac. I was a little sceptical at first of how bad it would taste and if it would really work. The first time I tried it I didn't care for the taste, but it got better. It was effective in stopping smoking.

I have used these daily for the past two weeks, and I must say I am am quite impressed. The flavor is extremely strong, it’s like I ate a menthol cigarette x’s 5. The nicotine is very strong in these lozenges. Honestly I’m m not sure I’d be able to quit smoking by using these. The taste is just too overwhelming for me. Fire to say to improve your chances of quitting, that you should use at least 9 lozenges a day! Whoa! Way too much for me. I’d possibly opt for the lower mg maybe. Not quite sure. Either way, to each their own. Maybe if the flavor improved, I’d change my view on these. These are just simply not my jam.
