Quick and easy to use. Just takes a little while to completely remove wrinkles (on floor curtains) anyways.

1200 watts is good for what I need. I like the stainless steel plate and controlled steam. Safety turn off when not in use is a bonus!

Great steamer! I've loved mine for years. My only small complaint is the silicone cover to the water compartment breaks really easily.

I had some issues with the steamer, I reached out to the customer service, there were verry helpful in resolving the issue promptly.

Great so far. I wanted something easier to use than an iron. Works like I expected. I have been steaming pillow also
