The butter is fine. I messed up when ordering (for curbside pickup) and didn't realize it was the 1lb blocks - but that was on me.

Very good tasting butter for everything from spreading on toast to cooking and baking. I find this one pound blocks better tasting thank the quarters. Only my opinion. Good value also.

ruined my cookies. maybe to much water in these. I'll stick with the normal boxes for baking. should have realized when I was browning the butter and it boiled and splattered.

I like the quality and it is a good price comparatively. I only use unsalted butter in baking, it offers control you can't get with salted butter which in turn offers a more consistent end product. The pound of butter is more convenient for me as well. I bake large batches and normally need the full pound. If I happen to need less than a pound it's also pretty easy. I weigh everything so my scale is already out. I just eyeball and then weigh to confirm the exact amount needed. This is a great fit for me and I will continue to purchase.
