I must have bought a bad bag of these avocado cups. The only resemblance to avocado is the color. They taste absolutely awful-no hint of avocado in flavor. I rarely leave reviews unless a product is absolutely fabulous or lousy. Had to comment on these because I couldn't bear the thought of anyone else wasting their money.

So, these can't be opened without a knife. I'm not weak at all. I pulled the plastic apart and it still would not open. I tried every one of them until they ripped and threw them all away unopened. If you need a knife then just get a fork too and make your own it will taste better too. Total waste of time and money. The Members Mark is the same but more and better packaging. At least the people coughing around can't cough or sneeze on your unopenable cups... Horrible dirty packaging. Never again.

I got these hoping to end the struggle of avocado browning before I can use it. I don't really like added salt in many things, other than a few exceptions. These were way too salty for me. I couldn't finish them. They have been in my fridge for at least a month now so they do last a long time. Also, a few were bad because the lid wasn't sealed all the way. Unfortunately, I won't be buying these again. Hopefully they can release one without the salt.

I absolutely LOVE avocados, was so excited to find these little cups & so many positive reviews. Sadly I found it VERY disappointing. Pureed green mush, quite bitter & otherwise no flavor at all, certainly no avocado flavor. Obviously everyone has different tastes & opinions, but definitely a no go for me, threw in garbage. Yuck!

If you were thinking of buying these for avocado toast, don't. They are way too salty for that. Especially if you are adding a little of the "nothing but the bagel seasoning" with it. These would be ok if you were making guacamole with them. Even then - do NOT add any extra salt. I wish these were JUST avocado.

I really like the convenience of these little cups. I thought the taste was fine. Are they just like slicing up a ripened avocado, no. But they are perfect for my lunch box and no waiting for it to get ripe and no disappointment for when they are too ripe. These are not chunky, but a smooth spreadable avocado.

The avocado in the cups is good....if you can get to it! There is plastic on top with a tab that you are supposed to be able to use to peel the plastic off - but the tab just rips off when you try to do that, so then you have to get a knife and try to cut around the edges and then try to peel the top off, which is slippery because it has avocado on it. Good for taste, terrible for convenience!
