These are better than the wholey guacamole single servings. We eat them in place of avocado and use about a package a week . We put on salads, toast, veggies , chili, tacos and sometimes chips .

Delicious avocado spread. IMO the only way to buy avocado, so that it doesn't go bad. The little cups are the perfect size for spreading on a piece of toast. Sometimes the packaging is hard to peel off. That's the only negative.

I used to make my own guacamole. However it doesn't keep and Even one avacado makes more quantity that I want to use in a day. This is a perfect solution. It keeps fresh in the refrigerator and the size is perfect for one person.
