Dinty Moore has been in our cupboard since I was a little kid. Last can that I opened was just wrong, what's the deal with the ground meat? Please change it back!

A few more or less potato slices, maybe 3 slices of carrot, and about the same number of hamburger bits. Really a 20 oz. can of, in some way, burnt old beef grease.

I grew up eating this. Camped with it for years. Now, it's basically dog food. No discernible meat pieces-just "ground beef" pieces. Basically brown potato soup since the carrots are also basically gone. Sad day Hormel. ;(

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoyed the product. However, there did not seem to be a lot of meat or carrots, primarily potatoes. The Campbells chunky soups may actually have more beef. It was very tasty.
