Set up was easy did it by myself. A little heavy. Great instructions.

The bed frame was easy to assemble. I love the features of my new bed frame.

Really enjoying the bed frame. It was hard so far to be comfortable sleeping in a non flat position but I am sure over time it will become easier. THE SHIPPING FROM FEDEX WAS A NIGHTMARE. They delyed it 3 times before it finally arrived on time. Not Sam's fault but it is worth noting that they did a poor job of getting it here on time and we wasted 2 days waiting on the item when they said it was "out for delivery" but didn't arrive twice.

We've had this for 3 months, and so far no complaints. Very sturdy and HEAVY. I'm impressed with the build quality. I set up a spread sheet with mattresses and frames, with ratings, price, etc, and this one came out on top. It's a little odd to buy something this expensive sight unseen, but I've been pleased.

I am really enjoying this bed. I feel it meets my needs. I already had an appropriate mattress. However, my main complaint is the emergency battery backup. Basically, the only use for this is if you are needing to flatten if you are moving the bed since you have to unplug the bed, install the battery and then can move the bed. If during an emergency the bed can’t be moved, an issue can’t be addressed very easily.

Everything as advertised. Simple assembly (just screwing in the legs), but need two people to do easily -- and works like a charm. It did not fit properly within the slats of our existing storage/platform, so we had to remove it completely. THAT took some time to disassemble, but then the new adjustable platform dropped in nicely and easily. Highly recommend.
