I am really enjoying this bed. I feel it meets my needs. I already had an appropriate mattress. However, my main complaint is the emergency battery backup. Basically, the only use for this is if you are needing to flatten if you are moving the bed since you have to unplug the bed, install the battery and then can move the bed. If during an emergency the bed can’t be moved, an issue can’t be addressed very easily.

We've had this for 3 months, and so far no complaints. Very sturdy and HEAVY. I'm impressed with the build quality. I set up a spread sheet with mattresses and frames, with ratings, price, etc, and this one came out on top. It's a little odd to buy something this expensive sight unseen, but I've been pleased.

I purchased May 1 and is the best and most important thing I have done for my health. I have never slept so well and woke with no soreness or stiffness. I did read every piece of information on this site, to make sure this was going to work for my bed and my mattress. It works exactly as advertisement described on this Sam's site.

Just received the Split-King on July 1st. The assembly was SUPER easy and the remote is well lit and simple to operate. I love the synchronization option that allows you to operate the bed as ONE or independently. We have not yet purchased the XL twin required for the split king so we placed our current king mattress on the frame. We pushed the frame right up to our existing headboard! If you have a relatively thick mattress with cushion and support, you will be completely satisfied with this low-cost alternative to similar beds costing thousands of dollars.

I bought this a year ago and it has worked perfectly. No problems.

This is horrible. After six months of buying didn’t work.

Set up was easy did it by myself. A little heavy. Great instructions.

Bed is very heavy but easy to set up. Motor is very quiet. Good investment.
